Good communication, prompt response, and clear billing practices. Unfortunately, however, the person who came to remove the dead animal could not locate it. So, end up paying for the visit and de-odour bag. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.

Quick response, quick turnaround of staff to check the property, quick billing and Good communications. However, if the person cannot find the dead animal to remove, I wonder, why people like us has to utilise the services, as not doing so would have saved some money.

He also advised us on apparent termite infestations which we will have investigated.He was also terrific in doing an inspection of all our strata units for termites. I have recently collaborated with Tom’s Pest Control on a pigeon proofing job. We were contracted to come in and clean the panels prior to proofing. Quick, efficient, respectful, thorough and professional service. There are major infrastructure developments in the paddock at the end of my street which has displaced many little creatures. I had scratching in the roof and wall cavities and I feared they were destroying the electricity wires in the wall that may result in a fire. Toms Pest control came out quickly and assessed the situation, gave options that respected the family pets and implemented the solution straight away. I have not heard any scratching or rustling in the roof or walls since. Very relieved and grateful for their prompt and efficient service.
