Your final price depends on the size of the property, the pest involved and how established the infestation is. We quote before booking, so there is no surprise on the day.

Rather than going on advertising, check a few specifics. Is the technician licensed by SA Health as a Pest Management Technician, and can they tell you so directly? Is the business insured? Will termite work be carried out to Australian Standard AS 3660? Do they quote a fixed price before attending, or only after? Do they provide a written report? And do their reviews mention the same technicians and suburbs over time, which tends to indicate a stable local team rather than subcontracted labour. Any reputable Adelaide operator will answer all of those without hesitation.

Same day and next day appointments are available across metropolitan Adelaide and the Adelaide Hills, subject to technician availability on the day. The five we treat most often are termites, spiders, cockroaches, ants and rodents. Termites are the most damaging because they work out of sight in structural timber. Spiders and European wasps spike over summer, particularly through the Hills and foothills. German cockroaches dominate in higher density CBD units and food premises. Coastal brown ants are the most common callout in the western and coastal suburbs, and rodents move indoors through winter. Portuguese millipedes are a seasonal nuisance across the foothills each autumn.

We carry out timber pest inspections across metropolitan Adelaide and the Adelaide Hills, using moisture meters and thermal imaging alongside visual assessment of the interior, roof void, subfloor and grounds. All termite work is carried out to Australian Standard AS 3660 and you receive a written report. We also install chemical barriers and reticulation systems, and provide pre purchase inspections for buyers before settlement. Yes. Every technician holds a current SA Health pest management licence and works in accordance with the South Australian Controlled Substances Act and the SA Health Pest Management Technician code of practice. We use registered products applied at label rates. For internal treatments we ask that people and pets stay out for around two hours while the treatment dries and settles, after which it is fine to return. Fish tanks should be covered and pumps switched off during treatment. Your technician will go through the specifics for your job and leave written instructions.

Yes. After every treatment you receive a written report setting out what we found, what was applied and where, and any conducive conditions worth addressing to reduce the chance of the problem returning. Timber pest inspections come with a full inspection report you can act on before settlement.

Seeing some activity in the days straight after a treatment is normal, because the product drives pests out of harbourage before it takes full effect. If you are still seeing activity several weeks later, call us. If it falls within the warranty period that applies to your treatment, we will return and re-treat at no additional cost.

For general pests, most Adelaide homes are treated every 12 months, timed before the warmer months when activity picks up. Termites are different. Because of the way local soil conditions expose slab edges, we recommend a timber pest inspection every 12 months regardless of whether you have seen anything.
